Seems money is shifting from NDX to Dow, back and forth. Seems their is not enough to move everything.
I have noticed the semis running extremely well, SMH is up about 15% in the last month alone. As for money rotating out of sectors, I think its going to be money out of oil and commodities and into tech and financial sector.
