Everything should be on the table, but there are a lot of studies that run counter to this notion , depending on the specific make-up of the population studied. Also good results from Headstart seem to be telling us that very early efforts to get kids motivated to learn are effective. But unfortunately Headstart abandons kids too soon and most of the progress is gone by the fourth grade. That what the studies show anyway.
Of course it's something outside of the schools. It always has been. It's the home, or lack of it. These kids have no home. They're in the streets by the time they're 5 or 6. You're exactly right that they must be shown a different direction at a very early age. It must be intense and round the clock and therein lies the problem. How do we do that without taken these children completely out of their home, out of their community? Essentially give them a whole different life. Answer, we can't do that. You can put these kids in some very intensive program all day, everyday, but at some point you're going to send them right back into the total dysfunction of a young, poorly educated, overwhelmed mother who has emotional problem of her own, and no father. They will spend their evening in the same hellhole neighborhood with the same thugs recruiting them to the thug life. Everything being done during the day will be undone in the evening. You want the answer? You're not going to like it. Every, and I mean every black person living in the ghettos need to be sterilized. Yeah, I said it. Sterilized for at least two generations. Drastic measures for sure, but it's gone on too long. It's out of control. Anything and everything else will fail. You think that's going to happen? Not a chance in hell. We will continue further down the rabbit hole we've already chosen. Sorry brother, it only gets worse from here.
Welcome to my ignore list. You'll be spending the rest of your online life with such racist luminaries as Himmler and Hitler. On your way, while you're working on your plans to sterilize the black community, you might want to take a moment to thank your creator that you weren't born into poverty with a different color skin.
Yeah, you can pull a couple sentences out of the entire context of the discussion and make things looks real terrible. Ignore me. Yeah, that's the ticket, ignore reality. Been working so well all this time lets keep our heads in the sand awhile longer. Give us an idea Mr. high and mighty. And not some f'n pie in the sky feel good bullshit. Enlighten us on something that will actually fucking work. Yeah, just as I thought. You and the rest haven't a fucking clue what to do. We'll just keep pouring money down the same rat hole and keep our fingers crossed. BTW. I thank my creator every day that I wasn't born into the black ghetto. Just dumb luck, random chance and I know it. Knowing it don't change a fucking thing. Lets all feel good fuck sticks like you have let this mess continue for decades and now you're hoping for some god damn miracle to happen. Make it all go away. Well, it ain't going away motherfucker. It's here, and it's here to stay.
Funny how they don't need a trillion dollar federal program to learn to dribble a basketball or run a drug gang. Maybe it has something to do with what is important to you. We have an entertainment culture that convinced white suburban youth that they "really" liked rap music. Would it be too big a task to convince black thugs in training that a better approach is to learn to read and act like a civilized person? Or is that too difficult?
With the idea that you are all well intentioned people...Let me tell you all a story. 1. 2919 W Clementine Street Philadelphia https://www.google.com/maps/place/2...318ffca295de95!8m2!3d40.0038718!4d-75.1777224 Take a few minutes on Google and drive down 29th Street , turn onto clementine street and drive down to 30th street. I was born at this address. One of five children. 2. My father worked at a factory within walking distance of this little house and we never owned a car. My mother worked at a F.W. Woolworth's to help make ends meet. Some weeks they didn't meet. 3. One block away was a Catholic elementary school where I went. Corpus Christi. My mother made sure we all went to school every day. It would have been unthinkable not to. She would have beat the hell out of us if we skipped school even one day. 4. The elementary school I went to was staffed by the sisters of St. Joseph. http://www.stjoseph-baden.org/history/ We were all made to toe the line and if we didn't the sisters had no compunction against beating us with a yard stick... I received quite a few such beatings. 5. Like all of my brothers and sisters I graduated from Corpus Christi and went to a catholic high school. Cardinal Dougherty. We had to take a bus to get to high school. To do this we needed school 'tokens' which we had to buy from the school. Any week we didn't have the money to buy tokens our local Catholic Church would give us tokens. THEY paid for the tokens out of church contributions...essentially the community taking care of itself. The church also paid for our tuition to high school out of contributions. It was something like $200 a year per student. 6. In my second year at High School I got an after school job(delivering groceries). So did all my brothers and sisters. It helped pay for tokens and the hot dogs and pasta we lived on.
[QUOTE="CaptainObvious, You want the answer? You're not going to like it. Every, and I mean every black person living in the ghettos need to be sterilized. Yeah, I said it. To express this fascism you do , is obvious you do not appreciate the beautiful freedoms you are born to. To want this genocide is something wrong with YOU.
