In a letter to Vice President Mike Pence and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who are both Republicans and led the commission, Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap said the documents show there was a “pre-ordained outcome” and that drafts of a commission report included a section on evidence of voter fraud that was “glaringly empty.”
States refuse to provide data to the commission then claim there is no fraud. That’s the basic summary.
So provide me with examples of illegally voting by immigrants being properly investigated; this is a crime that never gets investigated for the most part. The only example in the entire U.S. of proper investigation and prosecution of this illegal voting is being pursued by Robert J. Higdon Jr., the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina. The initial 19 indictments were easy to find since these were for the most part people who proudly bragged they voted illegally. He has demanded that 44 counties and the state hand over complete voting records to drive further prosecutions. However no records have been handed over yet to his office in response to the subpoenas -- as Democrats do everything possible to delay & avoid handing over the records.
You want us to provide proof of investigations into alleged crimes which have not been proven to have occurred. Trump said millions of illegals voted illegally. You immediately believed it to be true because...you believe everything the media tells you.... If you believe that then you are a hypocrite to say MSM condemned that boy for shouting at the Native American without actual proof.
The claim is illegals voting, not illegal votes. All, but one appear to be illegal aliens. There's obviously no mention of the near non existent conviction rate since half of these charges were likely brought forth as a publicity stunt and likely to be thrown out as a high quantity of these end up being grandmas with Alz Heimers (sp?). Of the 19, nine noncitizens were charged with falsely obtaining citizenship to get on the voter rolls and then subsequently illegally voting, according to a press release from Robert J. Higdon Jr., the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Eight noncitizens were charged solely with illegally voting. Those charged solely with illegal voting face up a $100,000 fine and up to a year in prison. Those accused of falsely obtaining citizenship face up to a $350,000 fine and up to six years in prison.
Actually nearly all of the 19 have been convicted. Most have paid fines of $200 or more... and are likely to be deported. In the plea agreements none have received prison time and most are on probation. Despite your claims; this is not a publicity stunt -- it is about preserving the integrity of our election system. None of the cases were thrown out. All of them that appeared in court resulted in convicts with no exceptions.
So is it 19 or is it millions.....19 people were convicted so that leads to the assumption that millions voted. Wow...
When are federal prosecutors across the country going to start doing a proper investigation of illegals voting? It has never been done. When are the states and counties going to hand over the voting records demanded via federal subpoenas to allow proper investigations to proceed?
