In US, most anybody that has done it right has enjoyed quail or dove= quite tasty for sure. But in Argentina , the same bird for the most part[Ear Red Dove looks the same except red ear] But due to huge number of them them ,16 milion-20 million birds + considered a grain pest like s rat in USA. So most Argentines think they are not going to eat rats.LOL Some do enjoy tasty game birds.
