SouthAmerica: This military crisis has passed the point of sending the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the United States moved one step closer to nuclear war.

This crisis has reached the same level of the 1962 Cuban nuclear missile crisis when the United States came as close as a few hours from a nuclear war with the Soviet Union.

Did you see on this video all this high ranking military guys getting ready for a possible nuclear war with North Korea. The United States sent their top gun for this meeting.

Michael Glenn "Mike" Mullen is a United States Navy admiral who currently serves as the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS).

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) is by law the highest ranking military officer in the United States armed forces, and the principal military adviser to the President of the United States, the National Security Council, the Homeland Security Council and the Secretary of Defense.

    SouthAmerica: reply to fortune teller

If the US was planning to preemptive attack any country then just do it.

It is stupid to make an official policy that you are going to preemptive attack other countries.

By having an official policy on that regard then you are inviting other countries to preemptive attack the USA.

The US has nothing to gain by making this an official government policy.

I don't know where you are located on the United States, but I live here right next door to Manhattan which is the number one target for any preemptive attack against the United States.

From my house I could smell for weeks the fumes that were coming from the World Trade Towers in 2001.

The US will not use nuclear weapons first.

But if North Korea crosses that line you can be in no doubt that the US will respond in greater measure.

    Even China would understand.

  5. You yourself have said that if the US were to attack N. Korea it would not be good for the world. As far as I know, N. Korea does not have nuclear weapons. Yet.

But I would think that if they did and the US thought they were going to use them on Japan as you have suggested, then wouldn't it be better to attack N. Korea first
before they have a chance to blow up Japan? Why have both Japan blown up and N. Korea? Having N. Korea blown up would be bad enough all by itself.

If N. Korea gets nuclear capability I am within striking distance from what I have read. So I surely don't want N. Korea to go nuclear.

What is really strange is about 20 years ago when I used to meditate deeply and was into dreams and recording them, I had a dream about
nuclear bombs going off to the NW and SE of where I lived at the time. One of those "This is really happening" kind of dreams.

To the NW of me at the time was Bangor Naval Base. To the SE of me was Boeing. Two of the biggest targets in the US.

Sorry to hear you had to smell the fumes that were coming from the World Trade Towers in 2001. That must of been terrible. :(

As far as the preemptive attack policy, I believe it is to scare other countries into some type of psychological submission mindset. Of course
with someone as crazy as N. Korea and perhaps Iran, this might not work. So therefore, we are sitting next to N. Korea ready to strike first if
    they make one wrong move.

Hopefully China will let N. Korea know they better be careful.

You said: "Sorry to hear you had to smell the fumes that were coming from the World Trade Towers in 2001. That must of been terrible."

Yes, it was. And for about 2 weeks every day I did wake up in the morning and my eyes were burning from the fumes that were coming from the World Trade towers.

I was living in Nutley, NJ at the time and if I drove about one mile from my house I could see the World Trade Towers heavy smoke.
From that same spot in the past I could see the World Trade Center Towers.

I went a number of times to that spot to watch the fumes coming up from the ashes of the World Trade Center during the day, and stopped there also in the evening in disbelieve because in the past I could see the lights from the World Trade Center - and the lights were not there anymore.

About 18 people from my mother's church died in 9/11, because these people worked at the World Trade Center.

I know about 6 other people who lost loved ones on 9/11 at the World Trade Towers.

What happened in 9/11 it was a very bad experience for the people who live in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area.

Anyway, North Korea had successful nuclear tests done a few years ago, and the US government estimates that they have from 10 to 12 nuclear warheads ready to go....

SouthAmerica: As usual the US mainstream media is worthless, and only the BBC, and the foreign media are giving good coverage of this escalating military crisis on the Korean Peninsula.

I don't understand why any country is calling for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council to discuss this escalating military crisis that can get out of control and become a nuclear war.

The military crisis between the United States and North Korea is escalating, with the possibility of getting completely out of control at any time.

  9. Lost this thread in my email box and couldn't find it again until you posted again this morning.

To think you could smell the fumes from Nutley, NJ is quite astonishing. What a terrible way to start the day.

I too was in disbelief when this happened as I am sure everyone was at the time. I remember calling to order something on the phone a few days after 9/11 and the girl on the phone told me she was in New York. The sound of her voice had fear in it. I didn't know what to say to her.

Sad to hear your mother had so many from her church die in 9/11. And you knew 6 other people who lost loved ones on 9/11. I have read that many in NY were connected personally to someone somehow who died on that tragic day. I had never thought of those who live in NJ until now.

I know N. Korea has done nuclear tests. I had no idea that they had nuclear warheads ready to go.

I just read your last post and I think S. Korea/ USA is nuts for doing the live-fire drill. I see that it ended without any N. Korea retaliation. At least for now.

Let's hope this BS doesn't get any worse. And hope for the best.

North Korea did not attack right now because everybody was ready for the attack.

But the United States has an official policy of preemptive attack - which work both ways with all the other countries from around the world.

North Korea can be attacked at any time by the United States and the North Koreans know that.

The question is: which country is going to preemptive attack the other one?

North Korea or the United States?

The United States is getting desperate and it needs to restart the Korean War to take attention of its collapsing economy all around the United States.

Here is some historical info about the United States and Korea:
