"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama said on Monday that nuclear and missile tests conducted by North Korea were a "grave concern to all nations" and a legal violation that warranted action by the international community."
Obama says this warrants action from the international community. When North Korea test fired the missile in April, Obama said the same exact thing and NOTHING has happened. Hopefully he learned from that episode that going to the UN is a complete waste of time. Under Obama it looks like the US is nothing more than a paper tiger.

  2. I'm guessing you're a Bush Supporter ? If you didn't know N Korea tested a nuke and a missile while Bush was President

Sounds like it's time for President Hussein to jump in his pimp'd up ride (Air Force One) mosey on over to N. Korea. Bow down to Kim Jong-il, kiss his feet and apologize for the arrogance of the U.S.

  4. Well they have completely blown off Obama, in case you hadn't noticed. Look at the response.

    "Kim Jong Il's alleged apology
On October 20, 2006, Kim Jong Il allegedly said that he was "sorry" over his country's nuclear test, and wished to return to talk with the UN. Kim Jong Il was quoted by a Chinese envoy as saying,

“ If the U.S. makes a concession to some degree, we will also make a concession to some degree, whether it be bilateral talks or six-party talks ”

Kim Jong Il also said that he has no future plans to test another nuclear device. The U.S. State Department discounted this report.[16]

    [edit] Return to six-party talks
On October 31, 2006, North Korea agreed to rejoin six-nation disarmament talks. The agreement was struck in a day of unpublicized discussions between the senior envoys from the United States, China and North Korea at a government guesthouse in Beijing. [17] The talks resumed on December 18, 2006 [18]."

Will they do the same? Will they concede? Or will they declare victory over another weak and impotent Obama response?

Keep in mind Obama supporters, weakness never works.

  5. They never would have done that had Bush still been President. That little chicken shit weapon they set off in 2006 had a yield so low that it's not certain it was even a successful test or if was even nuclear.

    Drop the Bush thing.....Its over.

We talk here so we can pretend to be advisors and offers solutions.

If you want to blame...bring it back to Truman who with the UN could not find a way to win.
Blame Ike who because Americans got soft made a negotiated settlement...that never was.

Lesson it that unconditional victory is undervalued. Obama thinks talk will solve state to state issues. Recent example : The victory over Tamil tigers happened once the talking stopped and the military took over.

  7. I say the US has it's own nuclear test and bombs the crap out of N. Korea. The world really doesn't need N. Korea does it? I don't think anyone would miss N. Korea at all.

  8. North Korea is to China what Taiwan is to the US. A chip on the table.
I would assume if the US broadcast that given the nuclear capabilities of NK we are now going to give nuclear weapons to Taiwan and Japan, we would see China end this stalemate quickly.
