I have no faith on this issue and believe every rational man should be an agnostic on this issue. Truth without proof is spoof. (TM) jem As far as proof is concerned I follow the Federal Rules of evidence. (like the scientific method). Produce the original with the signature of the witness saying where the birth took place... or explain why it is missing and why what you have produced is as trustworthy as the original and then let the courts decide if you have met your burden.
