Discussion in 'Retail Brokers' started by hunroadrunner, Apr 27, 2002.

  1. Have i with an margin account under 25k only 3 daytrades when i on the NASDAQ listed, but non-US stock trade (example: CHKP) or when i ADR's trade?

    Thanks

As far as I know, the daytrading rule acts on every stock traded in US$.

It is however possible to daytrade the 'Big' stocks when they are trading in Euro's as well as US$

This might not be complete but this is the way I understand it.

No. These new restrictions do not apply to options, futures, and non-US stock trading."

    On NON-US EXHANGES?
