Does WH selfinvest offer access to CME, CBOT, ICE, NYMEX/COMEX?

How much are their fees?

They seem pretty good. I was going to say WH selfinvest however Degiro look cheaper. I really want to trade Eurostoxx to. I looked for ages for a cheap European broker however I couldn't find 1.
