Non-resident vs. citizen

    However I`ve heard that in some countries with 0 tax from the list, the tax on capital gains is applied.
    I think Switzerland is one of the places famous for being friendly to investors, so Netherlands is. However, I`ve heard from few friends that for Dutch citizen any visit to Luxembourg may results in home visit of Netherlands`s tax office clerk. Well, maybe it applies only to Dutch citizens ?
