Nobody's talking about the disastrous weekend of shopping

    Preliminary data indicates Black Friday sales got off to a roaring start this year, with consumers shopping earlier and online sales increasing significantly over last year.

    so which it guys either we have inflation coming in which case people are spending, or we have deflation in which case people ar not.

    it looks like people are out carefully. Also, online spending is up 11%.

    Market has priced in a tepid Holiday that signals a potential bottom for now.

    The question is where are we 2nd half of 2011, and by end of Q1 where are we going to be in the holiday season.

    Only suprises count. This holiday season is no suprise.
