Not at all the lpns beneath me are invaluable, but the buck stops at my desk, not theirs. If you were licensed and not support staff you would know that.
YOU specifically said LPN's are not licensed. I guess they should change LPN to UPN for unlicensed practical nurse. And you don't have a desk, you share a nurses station with all the other staff nurses.
