No-Risk-of-Capital Trading Strategies

So far, I haven't had a chance yet using options, but when my training, my teacher told how he used collar to get 15%-20% return per year at virtually zero sum risk.

 

Yup, you do that... or perhaps give up less-edge and simply trade the vertical. If I may ask; what fool told you to trade an inferior strategy?

I haven't used any collars either, but I thought about trying one.

acts like he has an arb. there is no arb, just a low risk, low return play. if you were so good, you would be running your own desk at a prime. just a phony.

 

Considering he's pulled at least one off before, I doubt he's blowing smoke. I'm sure he'll say what it is after it sizzles out.

I have no problem with producing screen shots after the arb has been traded flat.
