No risk condor?

  1. Check this trade out. STTX Short April Iron Condor. According to TOS software, this looks like a no loss credit spread. Note, max profit is $250 and max loss is $0.

    Is this an anomaly?

You will never get a credit of $2.50 on a spread that is $2.50. The natural is $1.45 and the mid is $2.50, you will get filled somewhere in between, probably much closer to the $1.45 side. Option quotes during non-market hours can be screwed up and misleading.

  3. You're right. It's after hours. Thanks for knocking me back to reality. I saw this and thought it was a sure thing forgetting it was 9:00pm on Saturday. AARGH!
