I cannot get quotes on at-the-money NQ call options @ strike 1300 for even 1 or 2 months out (Nov08 and Dec08). Never seen this before. Are Naz100 futures options about to go the way of Russell 2000? What gives?
Go with regular NDX options. Expiry will not match exactly, but correlations on price (which I assume is more important) will be 98% + which should be good enough.
