No Quotes for NYSE stocks in TWS

I'm still having quote problems on SPY BIG CPB ALV DYN POT. Getting bid/ask but no last on TWS.

 

I am getting last on SPY.

Correction: Last showing up in QT, not on TWS.

 

here is what i have @ 10 am-

 

looks like back to normal,but i have complete mess in real time PnL in account window

 

TWS showing last for SPY now.
