In 1998, Russell Eugene Weston entered the East front entrance armed with a .38 revolver. He was shot by Capitol Police.
The Capitol police have higher security requirements and if you jump a fence and run into a restricted area, they can and will shoot you. Same as in the White House grounds. If a car runs a stop the Cap Police can fire at the car or truck. If you are climbing through a barricaded door which is at the entrance of a hallway leading to the Floor....you are going to get taken out. Why defend the fucktard that climbed through the window or be upset you don't know who the officer is?
Case closed because as a beltway person you accept the behind the scenes findings of the beltway powers. Note, as I said, it does not work that way out in the rest of the country, especially when a skin color person is killed or assaulted. As I said, it immediately becomes- thanks to the lefty media and government officials too- a national team sport. You will know the office and see pictures of him in grade school and his friends will be interviewed talking about how he spat on the sidewalk in third grade before the day is over. Bullshit. The officer needs to be identified, we need to see the transcript of his interviews and investigation material and he/she/shit needs to testify before congress. And then the media and the overseeing public needs to add in the facts and dimensions and national implications for the actions and inactions. You know, EXACTLY AS IS DONE EVERY TIME THERE IS A SKIN COLOR KILLING OR ASSAULT. Do we have copies of all online tweets, emails, postings etc of the officer so that we can establish the political predisposition, if any, of the officer. Looks like a real rush to execute someone who was unarmed to me. I am not sure of anything other than that it it needs to be fully examined transparently as was done with the protesters and as is done with officer involved shooting elsewhere. I get that you got the memo from the DOJ and so your people are satisfied. Doesnt work that way in the minority community though or among their lefty representatives when a government concludes that they looked into it and it is all okay on the part of the officer. Nope, that is just where it all begins.
Wait you get access to all the police reports, interviews, private disucssions and investigations? Wow you really are special to get all that access to internal investigation materials....
I have stated that there needs to be congressional review and aggressive media reporting and investigation is needed. So no, I do not get many things that end out being ferreted out through official inquiries, aggressive media investigations, and through legal actions compelling disclosure. Work and diligence and a will is needed. You know, just as we see every week for the various circumstances related to skin color assaults. Try again. Fail.
So when a police murders an innocent person or kills someone for a minor offense you are offended that the police and the incident are heavily investigated... But when a fucktard breaks into the Capitol and is shot dead by police justifiably...you demand a more detailed investigation? So it is OK Breonna Taylor is shot in her own house but not ok fucktard shot breaking into the US Capitol where the VP is at?
I didn't see this level of love for that dude that got blasted when he trasspassed into the WH lawn while Donnie was there
I need to see all of the facts and circumstances before deciding whether the officer shooting was justified. I think we covered that. The public has a right to see more than it is seeing too, even if some things are protected. Apparently even identifying the shooter and having that person testify before congress along with the many other witnesses to that event is too heavy a concept or lift for you. As I have said several times, this is not just a matter of whether the officer is guilty of a crime. It is a part of an event that has national societal implications. And as I have said, that is exactly how all the shootings of blacks are treated by the media and the government, and watching it unfold becomes a national sport. We got it though. You are a beltway guy and the beltway powers made a beltway determination that there is nothing more to see there. The killers identity and other facts will be developed/compelled over time, particularly if the family of the victim brings civil action or by leakers. So that is not necessarily the point. The point is that it will become known after a total, total resistance to examining the event publicly, versus when a black is shot, the full dumping of everything becomes feeding frenzy within one minute of it becoming known. FAIL.
