  1. No grand jury in Trayvon Martin case

The special prosecutor's office will decide whether to charge shooter George Zimmerman.

(Reuters) - The special prosecutor in the investigation of the shooting death of unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin has ruled out using a grand jury to investigate the case, meaning her office alone will decide whether to charge shooter George Zimmerman.

Cue call from the Oval Office in 3...2...1....
  3. This is bad for Zimmerman. A grand Jury might have dismissed this case leaving the State with no other option to prosecute.
Now the State can, at its own will, bring any charges it decides.

    This is a political decision.

LOL So they arraign a grand jury just to look into the case which convenes on April 10th but the SP is afraid they will not indict Zimmerman so on April 9th she announces she won't use them. Instead she will turn over every rock to see if they can get Zimmerman on trespassing or something - anything. Maybe he jaywalked when he got out of his vehicle. :D

Former U.S. Attorney Kendall Coffey told CBS4's Gio Benitez that by not using a grand jury, prosecutors will probably not charge Zimmerman with a capital offense.

Additionally, lawyer Janet Johnson, who works in Corey's jurisdiction, said grand jury are used on all First Degree Murder cases.
  7. Obama did it.
  8. Judging by the comments on that Yahoo article, that'll be the next step after Zimmerman is acquitted of all charges.
But first the scum have to finish their lynching of Trayvon for daring to defend his right to buy Skittles and live to tell the tale.
