Why are you using NinjaTrader through IB.....why not use a broker so you can have the TT or Zen-fire feeds...or even both feeds together? My NT works great and was easy to set-up.
IB data is flakey, no matter what any IB fans want to tell me. Most of the time it works and it is dirt cheap, you get what you pay for in the end. Zen Fire is damn quick, I just wish Ray would get the Ninja issues resolved. Their reporting is miscalculating pnl sometimes.
Seriously though, atleast it was only on the simulator as I am working on a new strategy. I wouldn't mind if it added to my pnl, but it jipped me $80
============= If i unplug occasionaly for lunch , IB charts are somewhat strange in the fact there is a blank gap, never does fillt the gap like other charts like Prophet charts & most all dont have that gap. I did have that ES problem once in JUNE late mourning ; YM didnt have the problem that day As usual have back up charts, discretion will preserve you ; never used any charts good enopugh not to have back up.
