We also overspend on social programs and various transfer payments. A lot of the budget increase was apparently for infrastructure, something the Democrats love because it allows transfer payments from the Federal Government to State Governments. From there part of the money ends up being used for political purposes. I hope Trump guts the spit out of the next budget. I hope he holds strong through a Government shutdown and we get to watch all those social programs for immigrants wither. Then Trump, if necessary, can invoke excutive priviledge in order to fund military and other critical Government services. You say I am dishonest? You regularly take things out of context, mislead with statistics and charts, mischaracterize things, use ad hominum attacks, use red hearings, and other fallacious reasoning to support your arguments. You are well practiced at this and need to do this because your arguments will not hold up on their own. Americans do not need this type of behaviour in our politics. Yes we see it from the Republicans. But not nearly to the degree you people go. You wrote a lot without saying anything, this is not just an 'increase', going from 600 billion deficit to nearly a trillion in 2 years is unheard of during economic expansions without any major wars being fought.
