    NinjaTrader Seeking a Customer Support Engineer

    NinjaTrader, LLC is a fast growing and profitable software company serving the retail trading community. We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong desire to exceed expectations to assist with our business expansion in the role of Customer Support Engineer. Responsibilities include providing technical support to end user customers, supporting 3rd party development partners, developing and presenting educational content on system and indicator development, documentation, quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate would be a college graduate with proven programming skills combined with knowledge of automated trading systems. Specific job requirements are listed below and the position would be located in beautiful Denver, Colorado.     Key Job Requirements

    - Experience in trading system development

    - Experience with indicator development

    - Knowledge of scripting languages for indicator or system development including those from TradeStation and eSignal

    - Programming experience, specific knowledge of Microsoft C# a plus

    - The ability to effectively work with trading system and indicator developers

    - Strong problem solving skills

    - Passion for total customer satisfaction

    - Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills required
