The front page banner indicates data fees are included except for Eurex which is 23 extra. Does this mean the continuum data feed is free?
This is an inaccurate statement. For existing users, nothing changes. They will have access to ALL available data and brokerage providers that we have had historically allowing them to continue using our platform through existing brokerage relationships. We are not taking anything away from our clients. For new clients to the NinjaTrader platform, they have the option to select from any of our supported brokerages listed publicly below. Just to clarify, after July 15, NT will no longer be available for new accounts to other Rithmic or CQG offered brokers? (i.e. Crossland, Vision, Phillips, Straits, etc) Or is that list referenced above the "preferred" list of brokers?
The front banner is meant to convey that all âtransactionalâ fees are included. Eurex monthly fees would apply if you subscribe to this exchange on Continuum but live data is included in the cost of commissions quoted on the website. These fees are all publicly available on the website (http://www.ninjatraderbrokerage.com/futures_broker/commissions), and I encourage you to email brokeragesupport@ninjatrader.com for more details.
Actually, that's the source of confusion. Why even list 2 data providers if data fees is involved? Is one free (Kinetick) and the other one premium (CQG)? Thanks for your replies.
