the scaling of the charts is somehow different ... I need to study it more closely this weekend, but it doesn't seem to be as on-the-fly adjustable as it was ...

    i'm running quad-core 64-bit Win7 as well, btw

Would I be able to open my current version and the new version at the same time if I don't connect to my data feed? It would make recreating easier to switch back and forth on the desktop and build everything into the new version.
Thanks for your quick response to my last question.

If you are referring to the vertical scaling, there have been some significant changes in this area. Let me direct you to the the following page in our online help guide:

    http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt7/navigating_a_chart.htm

In particular, look at the following sections:

    - How to change the vertical scale and range of a chart
    - Understanding panels (see the "Margin..." properties)

You are able to install both versions on one PC however, you cannot simultaneously run both versions. One thought...Run 6.5, take a screenshot, then run NT7 and refer to the screenshot.

  8. Does v. 6.5 or v.7 interface with Sterling Pro platform. If not, is there a plan to do so in the near future?

    thanks,

Unfortunately not at this time and we do not have any current plans to support this in the near future.

I eventually upgraded to version 7 yesterday.
It seems to load up faster than the older version.
Since I'm a "naked" trader, don't really care about the analytics features.
    Great job ninja!!!
