  1. A nightmare ttrying to get up & running.
    Playing E-Mail ping pong with customer
    service. Do they get it? 2 week trial
    ,I am going on for days trying to get chart
    up. They state if there was phone service there would be a wait! Well hello, I never
    had this with other platforms:confused:

    Sorry to hear about that.
    I have not used Ninja.....but have talked with Ray, the CEO.
    Bright guy, very nice....not a big outfit.

    Maybe give it a little bit more time and you'll get it fixed up.
    I'll bet you will be very happy once you do so.
