Not sure when it started working again because I did not try to log in for awhile ... but when I did try to log in at 3:09 p.m. EST, it worked
It appears to be the same limited and isolated issue with Comcast in the NY area. We are receiving reports from users now starting to be able to connect again.
I am experiencing the same issue with Velocity Futures using TT's data feed. It's a Comcast issue, apparently, they are trying to fix it... but who knows how serious this is as it has occurred over a number of days.
