Anyone here using Ninja Trader Pro (powered by TT) through Velocity Futures? The Velocity website states that it is currently in Beta testing. http://www.velocityfutures.com/vf3.asp?page=4101 Any input/ feedback would be appreciated.
Until I hear different, it's probably the "same old" NinjaTrader with a fancy name. It basically works pretty well, what exactly do you want to know? How different can be it be from the current "version"? Give'em a call and find out: http://www.ninjatrader.com/web/index.htm edit: there seems to be a dearth of really good customer suppot in the financial industry in general, it works well so long as you are not having any problems (yeah, I know that sounds oxymoronish), but it's true, great stuff untill you run into a wall, then you have to deal with the challenge of getting the problem solved in a reasonable amount of time ... but so long as everything is working well, it's all rosy. And if I have any problems with the software, note that it is customer service (I want to be able to dial an 800 number and get and intelligent response when I need help - even if the call is being routed to India - sheesh!), not with the software itself, it's a nice machine.
