Anyone having an issue with order depth display today? I have the TT feed and for some reason today I am only getting the volume at the bid/ ask to display and not the volume of orders at the next 4 or 5 levels either side. Yes, I'm calling the broker and posting at Ninja, but like to have input from others when I get the canned IT responses, of "it must be on your end". Thanks
Ray, Thank you, that was the issue. Can you tell me how that setting changed? I had set it to "true" when I first started using Ninja a couple years ago, and haven't gone into the properties since. I had depth last week, but obviously it somehow changed when I opened this morning. I'd be cusiour if you had any input on why that might have happened. Thank you
