Nice HSI gap

Best gap I've seen for a while (542 points close to open).

I don't know about other HSI traders but I just take a break when we get super-gaps - reading likely direction becomes too challenging.

Usually I only trade systematically, but when big gaps occurs, I think there will be some chance for discretionary scalping due to increasing volatility. However no luck today gained 20 points/contract on the first HHI trade and then lost 21 points/contract on the second. Then I was hands-up and stop scalping.

 

Only a $3,400/contract loss for those who bought ATC for the rebound....................................

 

what is "ATC" ?

 

At the close. The previous close. An HSI point is around USD $6.50.
