You have your points on the industry in general but this particular company has changed their structure and are not the same as they were before. They are in the same phase as AT&T was in before the break up. See you at $55 bucks and lower when they have to cut the dividend. CIO just jumped ship & they haven't changed the information on their public profiles. There is some issues there that wreak of havoc & internal crisis.
