Buy every new high. The higher the short interest, the better this works, so NFLX is a prime candidate. On 9/24 NFLX hit a new 52-week high of 167.12. 1. On 9/27, place a buy stop order @ 167.13. 2. On 9/29, watch yourself get long NFLX without lifting a finger. 3. Take your profits and have a nice day.
Missed a lot of this move, locked in profits in everything around 156.80. If today is related to the weekly options, then Monday or Pomo Tuesday might give another decent rally to short into. I will be waiting patiently for 160 to 164 area if we get there, before I scale into shorts again. Otherwise I am busy in other short plays that are more compelling than NFLX, for example, CRM.
