I don't fully understand what their plan is. Now they've traded a low pick, a 6 rounder, to the Redskins for Patrick Ramsey. This unites Ramsey with his favorite receiver, L. Coles. Ramsey had his moments in Washington, and he is a tough guy with a cannon arm who is not afraid to stand tall in the pocket. Unfortunately, he never really displayed any flair for the position and takes too long to make decisions. If only they could graft his arm onto Pennington.
