I can really appreciate your frustration but, hey, I'm not Nextrend and if they want to lose a client, that's their business. But as I wrote in an earlier e mail, their customer service has always been good, imo., and I can't see them letting you get away because of a bad IP address or whatever. I've been a customer of their's for about a year and, for the most part, they've been great. I'm all out of suggestions except to say, drop an email their way and see what they have to say. This *could* be a very simple thing for all I know. Good luck! Jim B.
