  1. Anybody knows what the symbol for NQ December is with Nextrend. I just can't find it with their symbol finder.

    Thanks

Let me see if I can sorta walk you through this:

    http://www.nextrend.com/SysNews/default.asp>
Click on "Futures Symbols" at the bottom of the page>
See the chart in the lower right corner of that page>
Use the appropriate symbol in the "Night; Globex" column.

I got this today from Nextrend:

    ----------

    Greetings:

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange and NexTrend have been running a promotion
whereby real-time CME E-mini data is included FREE for your first 6 months
of NexTrend Analysis service (we will notify you before your 6 month period
ends). Following the promotional period, continued real-time access to
independent CME E-mini data is now available:

    a) Both NexTrend Trader Real-Time and NexTrend Trader Real-Time with Level II
subscribers can add real-time CME E-mini data for a $15 per month futures
access fee plus a $10 per month exchange fee.

    b) NexTrend Trader Plus subscribers can add real-time CME E-mini data for a
    $10 per month exchange fee.

    ---------

So, no more free backup data feed. You will have to have the $80 version to get the futures for the $10 rate. Otherwise its an extra $25 on the smaller packages. No option on the free version. At least its finally clarified.

  9. Why would I pay $40 a month and still have this lame ad window on my screen? C'mon what a joke! I wish QQL offered the emini, it's head and shoulders above this company'offerings.

QQL offers great value for the money but requires a lot of CPU resources for running several charts with multiple indicators.

Both have above average customer service. I agree with kicking that NexTrend's plan to charge $40.00 is unreasonable for real-time E-minis, and especially with a banner ad.

I trade NASDAQ e-minis exclusively. Does anyone have any suggestion of any other real-time charting package at a reasonable cost?
