it's funny...but like everyone else I really thought that the day the Board of Directors gave Bernie that loan when he had a margin call was the beginning of the end...For some reason it all smelled really fishy...I also read an article recently about a former employee who had been doing alot of illegal stuff while he was at WCOM...Supposedly, he was trying to cut a deal if he were to spell out what specifically WCOM was doing wrong and illegal for a lessened prison sentence...He said he could not believe that they had made it for the past 2 years without any trouble...lo and behold a few months later it all falls down...
