what??? Your post doesn't even make sense. What does that have to do w/ a large block moving the market?? In todays light volume, large blocks can (and do) push the market around -- usually between Floor Pivots. Not sure I get your point. Maybe you think that the DJ newswire fabricated the "large block" headline?? (what am I doing responding to this nonsense -- I should get back to the "big nuts" thread -- more constructive)

yeah guys chill OUT do your taxes... take a nice long walk... the volume truly blows today... specialists are stealing like crazy... there's no liquidity at price levels that you want to be filled at, just plenty of chop in-between... i never thought i'd say this, but i'm glad it's tax time. i traded the first 2 hours and ended up down commish, then called it a day to get my taxes finally done. i'm really glad i was doing taxes and didn't trade the rest of the day -- some of the things i'm seeing in the NYSE are pretty tough to trade and i'm sure i would've bled pretty bad on it...
