Facebook hires or pays news staff to write defaming and or b.s. articles. it's against news media policy but these stuff are paid in a brown envelope. http://www.reuters.com/article/2011...RSS&feedName=technology-media-telco-SP&rpc=43 In the 1920's all news media were on the payroll of wall street hustlers or corporate agendas. Can't trust the media, never did.
It wasn't meant to be real news, it was supposed to be a bias written commentary column, of course they are going to pump themselves up. Learn your facts before talking garbage.
paying news reporteres to write bias or b.s. articles...it's old school okay. this is the reason there is defamation laws. you cannot write articles that defame a business or person if it's not true or if their is 'intention' to defame for profit. fine line though. but if money is traded than it's defamation. normally in news rooms the editor job is to filter any bad or defamatory articles. fine line between TABLOID news and news.
It's a dog eat dog world out there. Everyone is trying to be rich and live luxuriously. If you had a means to reach millions of people daily, would you exploit that tool to make yourself some profit? If you said no, you're a liar. News media is a business, you can't expect it to be unbiased.
"Free" press does not spread free opinion; it generates opinion http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decline_of_the_West#Democracy.2C_media.2C_and_money
the media...lol when have they not been corrupt. everything is skewed to one perspective in one way or another
Consider ALL financial news to be ADVERTISING and you will have the right attitude and be a lot safer.
Good advice. Perhaps especially true for financial news but it goes for all news, in fact. Take everything with a grain of salt and get input from different sources. Figure out what makes the most sense. Synthesize your own view, and also, don't be afraid, or too proud to change your mind. Not only do you have companies that pay to spread misinformation, but there is so much politics that goes into financial news reporting as well.
