What exactly does it mean to trade spot? Is spot different from Forex trading currencies? I see people saying i trade spot, or i trade FX, what is the exact difference? Thanks
Let me be the one-eyed to lead the blind: I believe spot means you buy and sell the currency itself right now (which is actually something like 2 business days from now), as opposed to futures contracts to deliver a currency at some predetermined future date (like at the end of the month).
