NewB question: Excel delayed quotes

I want to write some code on Excel to pick up some quotes (delayed for now, real time later) so I can build a trading system one day.

So, I am looking for a source of delayed quotes (need to move with the Stock Exchange though) that I can paste them in a cell and test my code.

Any suggestions?
