It's curious in a way. AI hallucinations seem to overlap how our own poorly trained and incompletely dumbasses come out with shit they made up.

"An AI hallucination or artificial hallucination is a confident response by an AI that does not seem to be justified by its training data.

AI hallucinations are often caused by the AI being trained on a dataset that is biased or incomplete. For example, an AI that is trained on a dataset of text that is mostly positive may be more likely to generate positive responses, even when the question or prompt is negative.

AI hallucinations can also be caused by the AI being given too much freedom. For example, an AI that is given the ability to generate text without any constraints may be more likely to generate nonsensical or even harmful content.

AI hallucinations can be a problem for a number of reasons. First, they can lead to the AI providing inaccurate or misleading information. Second, they can make it difficult to trust the AI's judgment. Third, they can be used to generate harmful or offensive content.

There are a number of ways to prevent AI hallucinations. One way is to train the AI on a dataset that is as unbiased and complete as possible. Another way is to constrain the AI's freedom to generate text. Finally, it is important to monitor the AI's output and to identify any potential hallucinations."
