    I expect that 2 strong avenues of appeal will be the 8th amendment and the 14th amendment---
    Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

    That poor girl in GA though, and I could not fathom her parents pain, but love or hate Trump, her death might have just saved this country. Rip... and may her mom and dad find some kind of peace or solace in her loss. They never will though. But the rest of us are fed up with what we knew was inevitable. To the max.

    The civil cases are now over...only thing for Trump to do in those cases is to pay up at a cheaper price or appeal and then later pay more. He's rich...he can easily afford to pay much more when he loses his appeal. :sneaky:

    The criminal cases will soon begin. I highly recommend you ignore the ET talking heads and use direct sources for real-time analysis by real lawyers (no social media wannabe lawyers)...try something like Court TV. :D

    Look, and this is common sense. These millions of young men that have crossed here illegally... they have nothing. Do you not think they will organize at various levels? Maybe a few street gangs, and maybe a few notches up from that.

    It's a given.

    Believe what you want, but low level street crime... the type that affects US (you and me).... is gonna keep climbing.

    Now, will they reach the mafioso levels of the 1960's? Probably not. Our tech is way too good. But will we see organized thugs trying to, starting with low level street bs(?).... 1000% yes.

    And that is what will hurt you and I the most.
