U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan has lifted the gag order she issued Donald Trump on Monday, which initially banned the former president from making public statements that attack special counsel Jack Smith, the lead prosecutor in Trump’s January 6 case.

You failed to normte the lift was temporary. And also faile to note it has to do with Trump’s criminal trial, not his civil trial.

As with every day, Trump starts the day with commenting about and intimidating the witnesses, judge and the judicial staff. It is time Judge Engoron stops fining Trump token amounts and locks him up in jail until the case concludes. How many violations of the gag order is the court going to tolerate? If this was any other defendant they would be locked up immediately after the first or second violation.

Trump takes the stand and is fined $10,000 for violating a gag order in fraud case
