im not so sure about your words on the luxury market. vertu phones are selling like hotcakes at the plaza store and several new ultra high end watch boutiques have just opened on 57th and fifth area. People are still buying luxury. you may be right about the future, i don't think so, but no one really knows... surf
obviously they paid too much and/or are not willing to lower their price if they "can't" sell. That call stands untill 7777 on the downside, and I don;t think that will happen. surf
i'm partial to the hamburguesa @pamplona, beef / suckling pig / chorizo. it's quite filling, don't plan on running around after. it's also a distinctive taste...
Okay, see that's the thing. No one really knows about the future, be it NYC or the market in general. I agree. Personally, I'm not enamored with the market's intermediate term prospects, but that is neither here nor there, because it does not affect me day to day. You, however, who just agreed that no one knows, are reportedly going all out on your market call, such that you are "finished" if you are wrong. At least theoretically, would you not agree that trade (or even investment) decisions should be tempered with that kind of uncertainty in mind, so as to live to trade another day?
That "filling" part is probably largely due to the fat content. That's the trade-off, eh? The fat content that adds the flavor is also the stuff that enhances your posture as it hardens your arteries.
i am quite certain about 7777 being the bottom for at least 2 years. its not based on guessing about the NYC economy or anything else remotely precognizant. suirf
I never read any of those 1000 Hershey threads....there seems to be some real hatred goin on in those discussions. I prefer to converse with my good man Surfer.
I know it has nothing to do with NYC. I was just making a generalization about the uncertainty of the future. I was agreeing with you on your point that no one knows the future. However, you seem to be disagreeing with yourself if you are "quite certain" about that future and that you are willing to bet to the degree that you will be "finished" if you are wrong. Can you see where that logic falls somewhat short?
