New York buyers pay $200,000 for car space...WTF people.

    I was pricing park/lock monthly rates for my SUV. Prices ranged from $450 to $550.

    $6k/year to rent. It's a ripoff.

    Yea, have to keep the value of the parking spaces up in nyc because if you dont its not NYC.

    In Japan, you can't even register a car until you have documentation of a place to park it... and parking "spaces", last I saw, were $150K and up.

  6. I live across in Jersey looking at the NYC skyline. I live in the same building as Liz Claman. Anyway, I pay $100.00 a month to park. I still do not understand the fascination of living in a crowded city were going a block can take an hour sometimes.

    Sometimes people are just strange.
