Ya, it is. (TOO MANY) cals is the biggest cause of premature death, regardless of type (fat, carb, protein). Most disease caused from too many cals too. We start out healthy, then eat ourselves into the grave. With religion we are born in sin (unhealthy) and commanded to be well. In life, we are born healthy, and eat ourselves unwell. Every cal does damage. Minimizing the damage is the reasonable goal!

I believe u said EATING IS BIGGEST CAUSE OF DEATH (yes, in caps as well). Rather than saying becoming overweight (more specifically too much bodyfat) which i suppose u meant.
