I am a young new trader, mostly due to the current employment environment and have been trading my small account. In about 6-7 months I have returned 72% on a long/short equity portfolio with the use of options when I have seen fit. Since employment in the areas what I have been searching has not opened I have started to applying to trading shops and was wondering if I could get some advice. I have an interview with Generic Trading of Philadelphia coming up. I was wondering what I should be expecting since I have never applied for trader positions. What should I be asking? What should I be looking for and other things which might be of use when I meet with them. Any advice is much appreciated. Jammy
