Currently doing the day trading thing with equities only. Have been offered a position with a regional investment bank in the wholesaler department. It's a pretty decent opportunity, but far different from trading of course.

I've only been trading for around 5 months, averaging around $3k positive per month. Primarily scalping with some positions in ETFs. Should this be considered a success or am I behind the curve at this point?

Any advice? I'm at a bit of a crossroad here trying to determine which path to take.

Would love to hear advice from vets on where to go. Many of you have been in the situation, what made up your mind? Any fellow rookies, what has helped you make the jump to the next level?
