new power supply unit

  1. And what would be a "power supply unit even suitable for gaming"? That is analogue to saying "hey, you got new tires and THEY ARE EVEN SUITABLE FOR DRIVING ON THE ROAD.

    Smells like bullshit artist.

A power supply unit is either strong enough to power the computer under full load, or it is not. "Gaming" PSU are not special for gaming, but because they are POWERFULL - not because of gaming as GAME, but because gamers tend to do crazy things like using 6x 6990 with more than 1200 watt power usage which is near impossible to use outside of heavy graphics cards.

But at the end you take what the computer needs (300 watt + heavy duty card usage for MOST computers, obviously you calculate it different for extreme scenarios like a 24 hard disc computer) and it is good enough. "even suitable for gaming" is a total bullshit term.
