I am looking for partners for a new trading firm. I am a trader, not a marketer of trading products and services. Capital deposit, and Series 7 required. Combined capital of all partners must be minimum $500k. Commission rate I have been quoted is .004 per share. (+ECN fees for Nasdaq but I plan to negotiate this with the clearing firm). I don't anticipate that each partner will have to do any minimum amount of shares to receive these rates. These are the straight rates from the clearing firm with no markup. Trading software provided. I have been using the platform for a while and it works well. Partners will be trading their own capital (simply to reduce risk to the other partners). 5:1 leverage, with a well known clearing firm.
