    Hi all,
Years ago when I used Windows95 and IE4, the Open in a New Window command of the right click context menu would remember the size of the last window I closed. So I could resize the window, close it, and thereafter all new windows would be of my preferred size.
However, Windows98 which I use now has never cooperated. All new Internet Explorer windows are the same default size.
Is there a way of editing the windows registry to control the size of the new windows?
    Thanks,

    Xtreme

  2. try this....i found it on the internet..it works for me.

Start IE, right click any link on a web page, and select Open in a New Window.
Go back to the first IE window you opened and close it.
Return to the second window and manually drag it to the size you want.
(Do not use the maximize button, for that's a temporary setting that will not be retained.)

Now press the Ctrl button, and close this second window, holding the Ctrl button depressed, using 'close' in the File menu (important!).
All windows should now open the size you want.
