my hotkeys for increase/decrease the price does not work. i tried to record it again but still not working. Any suggestion
The latest tws version has a bug where your hotkeys will not work if they use buttons that have other functions in tws. The hotkeys used to overide the other functions but they do not now. Downgrade to the previous version.
I recall stuff like this happening after other upgrades. My solution was a clean install. Yes that means reconstructing all your hotkeys and pages by hand. If you look at the Java window when starting TWS (start TWS using java.exe instead of javaw.exe) you can probably see some errors are certain points when TWS is trying to read your config files.
I just changed my increment to "A" and decrement to "Z" and cancel to "spacebar"....works fine ...until they fix it.
